My path to Traditional Chinese Medicine began with a five-year study at the Academy for TCM and Asian Medicine in Winterthur. After graduating, I gained valuable practical experience in Vietnam before being able to support the psychiatric clinic "Schlössli" in Oetwil am See in 2009. I was then an important part of the complementary offering at the Oerlikon Medical Centre for 9 years. Now I offer my services in the historic ABB building directly at Oerlikon station.
As a certified member of the TCM Professional Association Switzerland, I specialise in acupuncture, Tuina massage and herbal medicine.

What does "daoQi" mean - explained simply
The term "daoQi" is made up of two Chinese words:
Dao (道) means: the way, the direction, the natural flow of life
Qi (氣) means: life energy, breath, inner drive
Together, daoqi means:
The way of life energy
Or: how energy naturally flows in the body and connects with the environment.
In Chinese medicine, they speak of daoQi when the treatment - for example through acupuncture - restores the natural flow of energy in the body.
In short:
daoQi is the moment when body and energy come into harmony.
